I LIKED MEETING OUR PRINCE FELIPE DE BORBON.

"The happiest day in my Restaurant."

One Saturday in the middle of the morning two bodyguards reserved a table for eight.
I was very surprised to see our Prince seating for lunch into the dining room.
He ordered something special for his military friends.

I recommended him the best I had, A TABLE CENTRE WITH DIFFERENT KINDS OF TYPICAL FOODS:
IBERIAN- HAM
WILD ASPARAGUS
GRILLED MUSHROOMS
CLAMS IN ITS SAUCE
SALMON WITH A GARNISH OF VEGETABLES


And for second course:
ROAST LAMB FROM ARANDA DE DUERO
MADE IN A FIREWOOD OVEN &
MIXED SALAD

For dessert:
WHISKY PUDDING

Mineral water
red wine reserve from Rioja 1960 VIÑA ARDANZA
Coffee and spirits


At the END, congratulations for a good service that they enjoyed very much and many thanks.
I had an excellent time.
